he Negri Bossi Sintesi vertical clamp machine was developed to provide a vertical hydraulic machine with latest hydraulic drive and digital controls.

The clamping unit is vertical while the injection unit can be either vertical (PVV) or horizontal (PVH). The moving platen is driven by 4 tie bars placed in such a way to allow the easy use of a 2, 3 or 4 station rotary table. The machines equipped with the horizontal injection unit have a simple mechanical system that adjusts the nozzle height to mold injection point.

The fast approach of the moving platens is made by two small hydraulic cylinders while the clamping force is made by two big hydraulic cylinders mounted underneath the rotary table/fixed platen. Special valves allow a pre-fill off the clamping cylinders to reduce energy.

The ejector system mounted under the rotary table at the unloading station can be overlapped with the molding cycle to reduce cycle times.

The machine meets all existing and new standards for vertical machines.
