The Negri Bossi Vesta series of machinery is an all-electric design, ranging in clamping sizes from 80 to 430 metric tons (88 to 475 US tons) and with shot capacities from 2 to 40 oz.
Note: VE80 & VE130 are supplied as standard with a hydraulic power unit for ejectors and carriage; for this reason machine is also core ready. Negri Bossi’s Vesta Series full electric machinery incorporates a distinctive regenerative drive system that recovers power during braking to provide the most energy efficient machine available. State-of-the-art permanent magnet servo-motors deliver high torque-to-current ratios to greatly improve the performance of machine process.
The injection unit and ejector are operated with twin ball screws to insure powerful performance capability and long life with a built-in a 2.5:1 design safety factor. This high ratio translates into a machine that is designed to last.
The standard control is the Discovery™ touch screen fiber optic PC based system.

 AVAILABILTY
Standard sizes of Vesta machines are typically in inventory at our Delaware or Iowa warehouses. Non-standard configurations are usually 12-16 weeks.

Negri Bossi North America offers a first class technical support service. Customer inquiries are handled by one of our Delaware based technical team, with initial diagnosis performed using our renowned Amico™ wireless remote access system, which is supplied free with the first machine. With more than twenty service technicians, located across the USA and Canada, we are able to provide comprehensive technical support. For those customers with plants there, the Mexico city based Sacmi branch has four full time technicians that are able to offer service support.
